Mission
The mission of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is to help employees and family members confront and overcome problems in the workplace. We believe that healthy, satisfied employees are the foundation of a productive, thriving organization.
Our EAP is designed to provide confidential assistance to individuals and families experiencing financial problems, job stress, emotional, alcohol and drug problems, legal issues and difficulties with children.
For employees of our corporate partners, there is no charge to visit an EAP counselor. Services are provided in a casual, secure environment. During your initial session, your counselor will help clarify your concerns and will offer treatment options. If further counseling is required, you will be referred to area treatment professionals whose services can often be billed to your insurer.
EAP counselors must maintain strict credentialing criteria to address the complex nature of employee problems and concerns. Our staff holds Certified Employee Assistance Professional certification, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, National Certified Counselor certification and/or Licensed Professional Counselor credentials.
