The Employee Assistance Program is a confidential service provided at no cost to the employees of member companies. EAP counselors are certified to administer assessments and brief therapy to employees who want help with a variety of personal and work-related issues such as stress, parenting concerns, grief, alcohol/drug use, family problems and financial concerns.

EAP Counselors are master's-level clinicians and Certified Employee Assistance Professionals. Many hold additional licenses or certifications including Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselor.

If additional treatment is needed, the EAP counselor can recommend further options and help employees determine how their insurance coverage can be applied to additional counseling and treatment.
